The Stronghold Prayer Wall, MyStronghold.org/prayer-wall/, contains the first name only of individuals who have contacted Stronghold Ministry via phone, email, or the website and are fighting cancer or another serious illness. We also add the first name only of individuals referred to Stronghold Ministry. You may request not to have your name or referred individual’s name on the prayer wall.
In order to improve your experience using the website, we may collect the browser type, operating system, and platform which you are using to access MyStronghold.org, or similar information. This information is not stored in a personally identifiable manner.
How we use the information we collect:
The information we collect and how we use it depends on where you enter your information on MyStronghold.org. We may use the information when you’ve requested us to contact you; to ship or deliver a gift basket or books to you or another recipient; send an acknowledgement of your donation; or send a notification to a recipient when you have made a gift in their honor.
We may add your name and email address to the newsletter subscription list so that you occasionally receive emails from us. All Stronghold Ministry email newsletters include a link to manage your subscription, including an option to end all communication from us.
If you make a donation, you may enter the payment information through Vanco Payment Solutions – http://www.vancopayments.com, a third party website. If you create an account on that site, your account information is stored by Vanco Payment Solutions. Stronghold Ministry may access that information, but we do not have access to your complete credit card number – only the last four digits. We do not share your account information with anyone. Only the Stronghold Ministry personnel who administer our financial process have access to this information. We follow standard industry practices to maintain the privacy of your personal information.
Alternatively, you may enter payment information through a third party website provided by PayPal. In this case, we receive your email address.
How we store the information we collect
The information that we collect from you is stored securely. It is not stored on the server hosting MyStronghold.org.
